Therapeutic Philosophy & Values

Your therapeutic journey is a sacred; I am honored to accompany and guide you  in taking the steps to help you feel heard and understood in a safe, warm, non-judgemental environment.

I take a multifacited approach; I was originally trained in a psychodynamic/psychoanalytic theoretical orientation, which means understanding patterns of behavior and your attachment style from earlier experiences in your life and how these early life experiences impact choices you currently make and relationships in your life now. These earlier relationships shape various aspects of your personality and coping mechanisms. As you understand these patterns, you will break free and have more options on how you would like to live your life  as a product of better self-understanding.

We work together to improve emotional regulation (give you tools to help with difficult emotions), increase awareness of these earlier experiences and resolve long or short standing emotional issues and psychological pain.

Since receiving my Ph.D., I have continued to persue various professional trainings such as AEDP, CSRT, CBT (for phobias), Couples training, and Ketamine Assisted Therapy (KAP), tailoring therapy to meet the unique needs of each client. I believe in creating a safe, warm, nonjudgemental and supportive environment where clients feel understood and empowered to work through complex emotional and psychological challenges.

Therapeutic Modalities

With training in multiple evidence-based modalities, I offer a genuine personal connection that facilitates the understanding of unwanted patterns in your life and how to break free and build a life of meaning, connection and satisfaction.  Your coping tools will increase and our work together will helpfacilitate the life you have wanted to live. We will navigate the difficult feelings together and begin to transform your life.

In addition to traditional talk therapy, I offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), an innovative treatment, as part of a holistic treatment plan.

Support in Every Stage of Life

I am dedicated to supporting teens, adults, and families through life’s challenges. Through years of extensive experience, I am able to navigate complex family dynamics and individual struggles with empathy, helping clients achieve meaningful and lasting growth.

Begin Your Healing Journey

Beginning therapy can feel quite daunting;  we will work together at a pace that feels right for you, as we embark on your journey together.  You will  begin to feel more empowered, connected and authentic in your life. I will help you live from your true core self and have greater self-awareness.
